Rochester Leadership Coaching
Leadership Coaching
Practice Areas
With 25 years of industry experience, and a strong technical background, I can help you solve your immediate problems and develop the skills to accelerate your career progression.
New Leaders
New leaders need practical solutions as much as personal development. I provide forms and scripts for tasks such as interviews and performance management as part of the coaching process.
Seasoned Leaders
The traits that propelled you forward in your early career might now be holding you back. This is where individual coaching can make the difference between stagnation or future growth.
Organizations
It’s not one skill or one person who can get an organization to excellence. It takes a comprehensive understanding of the relationships and how to move the organization toward greatness.
How We will Work together
Work Process
01
Understand if we are a good fit
Coaching is a very personal and custom process. Not every coach is suitable for every client. If we aren’t a good match then I will refer you to other coaches who might be better suited for you.
02
Understand why you want coaching
Why coaching and why now? Usually, when someone reaches out for coaching, there is a specific event or situation they want help addressing. Most clients want to start by immediately addressing the current crisis. After that we will work on your long term development.
03
Develop your ability to coach yourself
The most rewarding feedback is when customers tell me they are now able to think, feel, or react through situations on their own by using the skills they developed with my coaching.
Success
I’ve helped physician leaders in health care organizations; small business owners; founders and senior leaders at nonprofits, manufacturing companies, and technology start-ups. Schedule a call to discuss how I can help you.

Frequently Asked
Questions
Is there a free trial available?
Yes. If we decide to work together the first three sessions are free.
How quickly can you help me?
Most clients will experience some benefit within the first three sessions. The full process typically lasts four to nine months.
How do I pay?
I have a simple billing system which allows you to pay for services per session or pay for a set of sessions at reduced cost. Payment for unused sessions will be refunded.
What is my time commitment?
Typically, we will meet one hour per week for the first seven to ten weeks. After that we will move to every other week or monthly. Plan to do an additional hour of self-reflection per week outside of our meetings.
How is my personal info protected?
Neither the specific details or general topics of our sessions will be discussed outside our sessions without your written consent.
